- I am a licensed Physical and Manual Therapist and a Pain Practitioner, (Clinical Associate American Academy of Pain Management), with a private practice in Lafayette, Louisiana. It was in August of 1988 that I moved from The Netherlands. My interest in cycling was rekindled when my friend Mark Miller opened Precision Bikes. Before that time Mark and I played doubles tennis for many years. I am very grateful for the way Mark has encouraged and taught me a tremendous deal about the sport I grew up with in Holland.
